These policies are put into place to ensure that your time, as well as mine, is valued. Thank you for understanding and your business is appreciated.

CANCELLATIONS​

If you cancel before the 24-hour notice you will owe 100% of

total of missed appointment. Payment of missed appointment will be required before booking another. I do understand things come up but don't make it a habit!

NO CALL / NO SHOWS

If you no call/no show, you will be required to pay 100% of

missed appointment amount & also be required to pay a $25

deposit to book again or keep existing appointment.

Total amount is due in a weeks time or you will be removed

from the client list.

TEXT REMINDERS

When Carson texts out appointment reminders 24 hours in advance, that is your opportunity to cancel / reschedule the appointment so she is able to text to her cancellation list for proper fulfillment of appointment time. All clients must at least confirm or do the above details to keep the booked appointment. If no confirmation, the provided time booked for your massage will be gone and given to someone else in need. 

-EXAMPLE-

Hey Lisa! Im just sending a reminder of your 60 min. massage appointment at 5:30 pm tomorrow! See ya then! Please confirm your appointment or reschedule by 6 pm today. Thank you!
