These policies are put into place to ensure that your time, as well as mine, is valued. Thank you for understanding and your business is appreciated.
CANCELLATIONS​
If you cancel before the 24-hour notice you will owe 25% of
total of missed appointment.

NO CALL/NO SHOWS
If you no call/no show, you will be required to pay 100% of
missed appointment amount & also be required to pay a $25
deposit to book again or keep existing appointment.
Total amount is due in a weeks time on you will be removed
from the client list.
​
ONLINE BOOKING
New Clients are required to pay 40% to book.
Current Clients are required to pay 20% to book.
50% deposit on 2 hr and 2 1/2 hr massages once booked deposit is required to keep appointment.
